OAuth 2.0 authentication for IMAP and SMTP
OAuth 2.0 is now supported for Send to Email Action, Email as Source, and SMTP alert notifications. Moreover, FolderMill 5.6 introduces several updates to improve email automation in terms of reliability, security, and diagnostics.
Enhanced local email filtering
Email filters such as Subject: and From: are now applied locally, improving filtering accuracy and reducing dependency on mail server limitations.
Printer queue control
New condition to wait until the printer queue is empty (Wait until printer queue is: Empty / Less or equal than X jobs) or contains fewer than a specified number of jobs, helping prevent spooler overload.
Cover page enhancements
We've updated the Cover page Designer interface with a preview option for improved usability and a new cover page template.
